During the Autumn Term in Reception we did a topic about Light and Dark. 

The children found out about the festival of Diwali and really enjoyed retelling the story of Rama and Sita. 

To link to this story we made fantastic diva lamps from clay.

This term in Reception we have been having lots of fun using our imagination.  We had a special Fantasy Week where we did all about castles, knights and dragons. 

 The children made up wonderful stories and really enjoyed dressing up as princesses and knights!
